As 2024 winds down, we’re reflecting on a year filled with creativity, collaboration, and meaningful work. Thanks to our incredible clients and exciting marketing, branding, and advertising projects, this has been an extraordinary year for Creative Noggin!
Though selecting a favorite project is as tricky as choosing a favorite child, four standout projects left a lasting impression—and we can’t wait to share them with you.
1) “The Movies” Ad for GVTC
Leading telecommunications provider GVTC approached us to concept, write, and produce a 30-second ad spot highlighting key products. They envisioned a more emotional approach, so instead of focusing on all the bells and whistles their technology offers, we focused on how their technology connects people.
The result? “The Movies,” the first ad in a three-part campaign highlighting how seamless streaming can create precious moments of connection. We hope to produce the other two ads for this client soon!
2) Visual Branding for Thriving Families
We were thrilled when the Nonprofit California Alternative Payment Program Association (CAPPA) entrusted us with their rebrand to Thriving Families.
Our goal was to design vibrant, impactful branding highlighting the organization’s vital work supporting low-income families across California while capturing its bold vision for the future.
Here’s what Marketing Director Danielle Metzger said about working with us:
“The Creative Noggin team is very responsive and professional. . . We have had such positive feedback on the work they did for us and have other partners wanting to utilize their services. We are so impressed with their work that we will be using them for future projects as well.”
3) Social Media Campaign for Agency on Aging Area 4
Agency on Aging Area 4 (AAA4), a nonprofit government agency serving adults 60+ in Northern California, faced a challenge: their CalFresh application assistance program was underutilized. They turned to us to find a more effective way to connect with this hard-to-reach audience.
They aimed to raise awareness about their organization and drive 40 to 60 new signups to their CalFresh program.
We researched AAA4 and its target audience, then crafted and executed a four-month Facebook and Instagram content strategy blending organic and paid social media. The outcome exceeded expectations: 105 new CalFresh signups were directly attributed to our social media efforts.
The client shared this quote about their experience:
“We had a great experience working with Creative Noggin. They were insightful, creative, helpful, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with! We would definitely work with them again on our next nonprofit creative ad campaign. Thank you, Creative Noggin!” – Julie Beckner
4) Event Branding for the American Cancer Society
The American Cancer Society (ACS) is dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by cancer through advocacy, research, and patient support. Fundraising events play a crucial role in driving this mission forward.
When ACS needed branding support for their largest annual fundraising event in the Greater Sacramento Region, they turned to us for help. Our goal was to reflect the event’s bold mission, far-reaching impact, and uplifting spirit.
We created:
- A name for the event: “Cultivate”
- A logo
- A color palette
Our client said about working with us:
“The team at Creative Noggin was instrumental in helping us with branding for our upcoming event! Annie and team were quick to respond and provided a beautiful product. Thank you for your help and we loved working with you!” – ACS Team
Looking Ahead to 2025
As 2024 comes to a close, we look forward to what 2025 will bring. We can’t wait to create impactful campaigns that will help purpose-driven organizations reach and engage their audiences more effectively than ever.
Thank you for being part of our journey this year. From all of us at Creative Noggin, Happy Holidays!
