isign_marathonSmartphone users in for a new treat.  Several gas station chains in Florida are testing an antennae called iSign that can detect smartphones within a certain perimeter of their stores and send targeted offerings to hopefully draw them to the store.

If successful in Florida, they could roll it out nationwide.  Baylor University is testing the responsiveness to the offers.
