Creative Noggin is proud to introduce our new Director of Client Strategy, Paul Chapman. We are so happy to have Paul as part of our team and can’t wait for our clients, friends and fans to get to know him. So, we thought we’d give you a little sneak peek at our exciting new team member.
Paul comes to us with more than 25 years in marketing, where he’s worked across multiple industries including destination, social marketing, packaged goods, apparel, communications, insurance and education. Rarely do you come across someone that has his sixth sense for brand strategy, his deep experience in market research and such an impressive history of client success. Since Paul likes to dive into the head of clients' customers, he’s developed quite the reputation for consumer-led insight development and strategy.
Here at Creative Noggin, we like to say that Paul is trilingual because of his marketing fluency. If you have any doubt, we’ll let some of his experience do the talking. Paul spent 17 years at one of the country’s largest multi-cultural marketing firms, eventually assuming the helm as lead strategist and researcher—all while running the agency’s largest global client groups like Proctor & Gamble, Nestlé, General Mills and Sprint.
And if you’re thinking Paul looks familiar to you, there’s a reason. You may know him from a past life/ work experience with beloved local organizations including the San Antonio Convention & Visitor Bureau, The DoSeum (formerly San Antonio Children’s Museum) and the City of San Antonio’s early childhood education initiative—Pre-K 4 SA.
All in all, Paul is a master communicator, a great listener and a genius in developing multi-cultural marketing strategies. Sound good? We thought so too.
If you are interested in seeing what Paul can do for your organization, reach out to us so you can meet him in person. We have it on good word that he enjoys mixing business with coffee.
